- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Save yourself from the nightmare of dealing with the Westerra Credit Union! I have a car loan with them and it takes serval months and calls to get a straight answer! I'm still trying to pay just a principal only payment! The external transfer on their website still has not given me my verification code. Then I thought I'd save myself the trouble and just write a check and deposit it on the app. Guess what surprises it doesn't work and referred me to call them. Once I got ahold of someone they said they weren't sure why it wasn't working! Wow, that's helpful (not). He said he would call me back once he figured it out. Still no call!
