  What a mess! Credit card machine was down at check in. Had to find an atm and front counter was no help. TV doesnt work. Every time i select a channel the tv turns off and resets to the channel guide. Called front desk and maintenance was already gone for the day. Found a channel that WAS working, went back to it after checking other channels, and tv turned off and reset again! Guess whatelse is on the same network as the credit card machine! The wi-fi, so that was out as well. If you're going to put one ice machine at the check-in office, you should also have buckets (not weak ice bags) there so people dont have to come back in the rain to get ice. Asked for an hour late check out (till noon) and had to buy a full second night. Which i wont even use from 11p till 11a. So half a night gets wasted cause i work 11p till 8a. On the up side, the room was warm when i arrived but the thermostat actually worked this time and i was able to cool it down. This is the third time Ive stayed at this property. The first time the room was hot as Hades, dont remember using tv. The second time the room temp was fine, think the tv was fine as well. So overall, the property is okay, if you are going right to sleep. Recommend maybe bringing a fan, just incase.
