- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We've had a box here for a couple years. For the most part it's been good. Today I had a package being delivered by UPS and it said by end of day. I came to the store at 5:45pm, 45 minutes before they close and was informed my package didn't get delivered and they get their deliveries at 2:30. Very matter of fact and almost rude. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dishonest owner at this (Independent franchise) location with ridiculously high Prices. Chronic pattern of overcharging and trying to put extra cash in his own pocket. Our family business has a long, positive history with UPS and their drivers, but unfortunately this is a privately owned franchise location and the owner has the worst communication and customer service skills that we have ever experienced. The owner is often behind the counter and is only interested in your package if you purchase all of your boxes, shipping supplies and tape from his location. He has consistently attempted to price gouge and cheat the customers that use their own boxes and packing tape when I have been standing in line. He often makes a dishonest statement that the box they used is not the type that he accepts and says that "I cannot take that box because it's not one of ours and you can't ship in those boxes". Terrible owner who cheats people and charges higher prices than any other UPS Store location. I have asked our UPS driver about this location and the driver stated that the UPS Store is not supposed to pull stunts like that.By Mark Steinke, April 08, 2017
