- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fyi every piece of mail in Wyoming and colorado goes through this facility. It might read as at location because it was last scanned here. The retail desk may close but the facility runs 24/7/365 days a year. Also hardly any place accommodate "big rigs", that's why you park on street. And last I checked there is parking now. Also they're short staffed and do the beat they can. Have had to wait sometimes and other times not. But they always resolved my issue. Yes I work here and take pride in it. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sent out a CERTIFIED letter on 07/20/17 and it never got delivered. Per the tracking #, its at the Denver CO Distribution Center. Unable to get a hold of anyone, the phone just rings. Submitted a report online and reply stated within one day you'll be contacted and that never happened. From now on we'll use FedEX at least their reliable and you can speak to a live person, not automated service.By Danelle Marquez, January 31, 2017
