- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a good experience. I bought a new car and added it to the policy. I knew my insurance was going to go up and was prepared for that. I was quoted a certain price and the price changed 2 months later. When I went to the location to talk to them about it, it was explained that they didn't charge me like they were suppose to and will stretch it out over the next 3 months to make up the difference. The next month after that, the price changed again and I was told that I was informed about this before and this was the new price. Very bad business practices. Especially since I have evidence backing up my story. I will be filing with the bbb as well.By geoffrey juniel, January 29, 2017
