- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been banking here for several years. I have my autoloan, home equity loan, savings and checking here. My credit is good. Last year they took away the tellers and put in ATM's to handle all your transaction. If you want to talk to a human you have to sign in and have a seat even if you just want change. Horrible customer service move. Then yesterday I checked my balance online and went to buy some gas. My debit card declined even though I had plenty of money. I paid with my credit card and looked at my account online again. They had totally cleaned out my account and no one at the bank knew why. A day later they tell me collections cleaned it out and transferred it to my auto loan. I have a part time job on the weekends which I transfer the weekly paycheck to my auto loan and make up the difference plus more on my 1st paycheck from my full time job. I'm told after a week of the due date they can take any money you have available without notifying you at all. Even if your account is not late or in collections. Bad business. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really poor customer service. Don't recommend using this bank at all. They've allowed numerous fraudulent charges through on my personal accounts and refused to fix the issues. I've closed every account I have here after they refuse to do anything to help. They mess up basic banking practices and you as the customer pay for it. They don't back up their clients or help them out in anyway. I recommend 1st bank, or Credit Union of Denver.By Jamin Pollack, December 07, 2016
