  Don't use this firm unless you're into S&M. To say they have poor communication would be a gross understatement. I finished treatment in December, and they haven't even ordered my medical records. I keep getting the run around, and no one seems to know what's going on. I've NEVER talked to an attorney. Apparently I've had two different attorneys, and I wasn't notified about any changes. I didnt even get a letter. My last communication before today was 6 weeks ago, and the case hasn't moved forward one inch in that time. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a competent law firm.

  After my accident I needed a firm that would be there for me and keep me updated on the process. John kept me in the loop through the entire ordeal and made sure that I understood and knew what the next steps were. If I had a question he responded back quickly and I really appreciated that. I did not want to get involved in an accident, but since I was I am glad that I chose Bachus & Shanker to represent me. Because of my experience with them, I would definitely use them again and refer anyone I know to them as well.

  MY daughter had a tragic accident and we didn't know what we were going to do. Lauren Epke and Allan Jimenez where wonderful. They guided us thru the whole process, we would have been lost without them. They are caring and wonderful people. would recommend them to anyone needing a lawyer.
