  Just purchased a Citizen watch from Felix. Phenomenal individual. I have staff around the world and wanted a watch with duel faces, let Felix know my max price and he showed me a stunning watch that was half my max price. The watch does so much more, so many extra features I didn't even know existed. Felix took the time to educate me, we even had some laughs. The store is lovely with more watches you could wear in 10 lifetimes. There is no substitute for shopping in a watch store versus department store or online. I have full confidence in my purchase being genuine and also all the information conveyed to me to be 100% accurate. Disappointed in some of the negative reviews. It's your money spend it where you will, my money was well spent at Right Time.

  Needed a new battery in my TAG watch. Called Hyde Park and was told that they could do it but it would be 14 days (yes, 2 weeks!) to get it back. My friend suggested Right Time. Stopped in around lunch on Wednesday and was greeted promptly. I ended up leaving 3 watches and was told they'd be ready on Monday by 3:00pm. Received a call on Saturday saying they were ready for pickup! I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism at Right Time. Highly recommended.

  Despite being busy at opening on a Tuesday morning I had my watch batteries replaced within 10 minutes. Their selection of watches was astounding. Plus it was very near where I live. I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. I was dazzled by the sparkly goodness they had to offer. I will utilize this business in the future for all of my timepiece needs. You should also. You'll be glad you entrusted your watch to their expertise.

  Extremely fast service; I watched them take care of 5 different customers in the 5 minutes I was there. Friendly, funny, and didn't even charge me for a super quick fix. I will plan to take my business here in future.
