  I was lucky enough to have Shiloe recommended to me by my realtor. I also knew she had worked with a few of my family members who were more than pleased with her services. From my first phone call with her I was put at ease and felt that I would be taken care of and that my house was within reach. She gave me several loan options and talked with me about the pros and cons of each option. I worked with Shawn and my closing was a quick one of 30 days. Never did I feel like that deadline wouldn't work. Shawn was on the ball and was ready for me to close a week early. Last week my daughter and I were able to move into our new home. Without hesitation I would recommend Shiloe and her crew to anyone in need!

  I had a lot of choices when choosing my lender due to my excellent credit, but I am glad I chose Down Financial! I changed my lender last minute due to a high rate they decide to offer last minute. I called several places, but chose to work Shawn, I am glad I did, he was great to work with, he took care of everything on time and we were able to close on time and our closing cost was below what I initially expected! I will recommend Down Financial to all my friends and anyone who likes to deal with a very reliable and a great company:)
